Why didn’t I receive a reminder?
Confirm that notifications are allowed for Medicine Reminder, the medication is active, and its scheduled time is correct. Some Android phones also restrict background activity or alarms to save battery; allow Medicine Reminder to run normally in your phone’s battery settings.
What does exact alarm access mean?
Android may offer a setting that allows reminders to appear at the scheduled time rather than being delayed by battery-saving features. The wording and location vary by phone. Medicine Reminder uses this only to schedule reminders.
Where is my medication information stored?
Medicine names, dosage details, schedules, and history are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to Mask Management Ltd.
Will uninstalling the app remove my data?
Yes. Android normally removes locally stored app data when an app is uninstalled. Use any available backup or export option before uninstalling if you want to retain your information.
Can the app replace advice from my pharmacist or doctor?
No. Medicine Reminder is an organizational aid only. Follow instructions from a qualified healthcare professional and contact them with questions about medication or dosage.

When contacting us, include the app name, your phone model, Android version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include medication names, health information, passwords, or other sensitive information.
